Steps:

Check Printer Status:

• Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to the network or computer.

Clear Print Queue:

• Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
• Right-click on the printer, select See what’s printing, and clear all pending jobs.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

• Download the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
• Uninstall the current printer from Control Panel and reinstall using updated drivers.

Run Printer Troubleshooter:
